Dalby’s Delicious & DeLIGHTful Festival

Dalby’s signature event is the biennial Dalby’s Delicious and DeLIGHTful Festival, last held in August 2025.

Dalby’s Delicious & DeLIGHTful Festival offers a wide variety of culture, colour, live music, dancing and unique entertainment. Find delicious multicultural foods and delightful art, along with a truly unique lantern parade. There is something for everyone!

Multicultural Dance Competition – Dalby’s Delicious & DeLIGHTful festival held on the 22nd and 23rd August at George Anderson Park, Dalby.

With small beginnings in 2010, Dalby’s Delicious & DeLIGHTful Festival has grown to become Dalby’s main festival and is one of five major events in the Western Downs Regional Council area.

Dalby’s Delicious and DeLIGHTful Festival has been held annually from 2010 to 2023 (except in 2020 & 2021 due to Covid), and is now held biennially, with the next event in 2027.

With an attendance of approximately 7,000 people, this event attracts visitors to the region and adds economic benefit to the Dalby community.
